Rye based old hippy /photographic artist . I'm into bartering my talents wherever possible . I have heaps of excellent pics of the natural coastal world , have won a runners up award in the only photo comp. I've ever entered . I have done a bit of work photographing things like jewellery and guitars . I have an S Yairi 1974 model No 700 that has had a hard life before I found and bought it cheap and had it set up by Cargill 20 years ago. It has sunk around the soundhole so the neck is pointing well low towards bridge . Had some strange repairs done on it before I got it . It has beautiful tonewoods solid top, good neck shape , neck is straight but I see a very fine cut through the rosewood fretboard . I assume it needs neck and top removed and rebuild . It seems a shame to not restore a beaut old Yairi . I have played it with delight for a long time , but good players have noticed something amiss. I always thought it seemed moody so I worked even harder to get sweet notes ....Any ideas? welcome .
